One Animator Lost and Alone in a Void of Apathy...........

When I was a young boy back in the mid-1980's, using Melbourne House's Paint programme on the ZX Spectrum 48K, I dreamt of making animations, computer games, films and writing stories. It has been an interesting voyage across the last two decades, in which my creative passion has been my constant companion.

Since 1999 I have been a successful VJ (see TranceVisuals.com) playing at such places as the Glade Festival (2005/06), and Glastonbury (2005). However whilst I enjoy the thrill of performing and showing my graphics infront of hundreds and thousands of people, I still had an urge to produce more refined CGI animation, that isn't merely "eye-candy", but actually conveys a story, and maybe if I am lucky enages the viewer and makes them think.... My ethic is high definition quality entertainment, that is able to stand-out in an ever-changing competative marketplace.

The name OM (One Man) Animation comes from the fact that despite attempting to forge and establish working relationships with other artists, or find traditional stable employment for my creative talents, I have learnt to roll up my sleeves and "do the impossible"; creating, coordinating and producing animations all on my own.....

Necessity has been the mother of invention, though this hasn't stopped me looking to find other intelligent creative individuals to synergise with.....
